4. Fee Information

The firms in this directory have agreed to a two-tier attorney’s contingency fee on personal injury matters: 20% if the case is resolved before a lawsuit is filed, and 35% if a lawsuit must be filed to pursue your recovery. These percentages refer only to the attorney’s fee. You may still be responsible for case costs, filing fees, expert witness fees, medical records costs, and other expenses as outlined in the written fee agreement you sign with the law firm.
